CHIP health insurance program has been developed over many years, and this is another option, through the government, possibly health insurance. The state can choose how they want to implement the expansion of health coverage. They can expand Medical financial aid by raising the maximum family income for children by increasing the number of children to accept the program.They also have the opportunity to establish new programs that comply with federal law.
